Collapse after Donating Blood
Today didn't really start well.
Woke up late.
Decided that it will be a blessing. Did my quiet time. Lots of doubts flood me.
God as arranged time in a way that I had to choose either Him or FYP.
I asked...Why Lord....Have I not proven enough that you come before even my studies?
I knew it's not enough or it would not have plague me to choose God first.
Anyway...God answered immmediately. With the example of abraham.
By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going.
Hebrews 11:8
In short, I need not worry but proceed knowing that God has a plan for me.
Well...i kept it to heart and set of for School.
Agenda of the day.
1) Reformat Hp Tablet
2) Get Strum
3) Donate Blood
4) SYFC Camp Committee meet
5) Meet Amos's PEP
Well....class...was noisy today. Solomon got castrated by Zhi Ping ....and well....Jimmy and Zhi ping disturb Jaime with the volley ball and then began singing patriotic songs. Issac tried to bounce the ball off the wall and failed....oh by the way..it's classroom setting. Haha...cute class.
I never intend to participate in the lesson today...but I ended up doing so and I must say...quite and fine and fast job I did.
Donated blood....OH THIS IS INTERESTING! HAhaha...
THis is my third time. I'm still scared.. The momentum was lost. Still I'm convicted to look as the needle poke into my veins. I went through the whole ordeal ! Proud that I did not look away.
Hees! Objective accomplished!
I am now not afraid of needles and blood drawing that much.

Anyway...I don't really know why but alot of people...ahem...ladies...kept looking at me. Throughout. Am I doing something wrong or what. I think I'll just credit it to my great looks. Hahah..oops..
Anyway, It was done . 450 ml of blood is gone. The medical personnel came. Removed the blood bag, and ask to see if I'm ok. Me feeling lots of red flags coming up but unable to pinpoint why decided to say yes. He asked me to go to the donor's lounge to get some food and drink. I got up, in the back of my mind I thought...shouldn't I lay down for at least 10mins before getting up? It's written in the card they pass out....but i have not even rested a minute. Anyway, feeling confident, I gingerly got up and walk. The Medical personnel held my hands and bag and walk me to the donor's lounge some....10 meters away.
THEN THEN! I started to feel light headedness, Then I told the medical personnel who seems unresponsive, after the 2nd to 3rd warning, it gotreally bad...So I decided to sit down while I can......and yeap....
The medical people started to flood me!
Haha....
I laid on the floor not far from the donating spots. The nurses and doctors attended to me. had to lay down with my feet elevated. I felt weak , hungry, and dizzy. Tiredess the most of all. Wow...and I felt better after this doctor gave me a drink. Then the people around are so nice, offer me drinks too...I was treated like royalty foe quite a long while, and erm...soon I am transferred to a proper lying place and given 3 blankets....I'm shivering....
All this while, My camp had been posted and daniel msg me to inform me...which is great! I'll need the rest. But I was not allowed to leave till.....6 ++ LOL....I came at 5....By the time I'm finish, My lappy is locked up by IT help Desk...Awww...Luckily I brought 2 lappys today.
Arghh...tired....to type....

According to a Reuter's news story, Tom Higgins, Irish entrepreneur, has snagged a real bargain. Of course your idea of a bargain and Tom's idea of a bargain might be two very different things. Last week, Tom bought the desk at which Charles Dickens wrote Great Expectations and composed his final correspondence on the night he died. Mr. Higgins' bargain cost $850,000. $850,000 for a desk. Mr. Higgins explained the reason he was excited to have bought the historical piece of furniture: "It's a part of Charles Dickens, so I'm delighted to be its owner."
Mr. Higgins is right, of course, it is an historical desk, but it's still a desk. Just like God's ark was still an ark. It was special, yes, but magical, no. Magical, that's the way the children of Israel thought of their ark. That's why one day when they went into battle against their enemies, the Philistines, they brought the ark along - - like a mighty good-luck charm. Our text says what happened. The Israelites got clobbered and the ark was captured.
It took a bit before God's people learned their protection came from the Lord, not a metal-covered, adorned-with-angels ark. It's a lesson God's people need to remember.
In the Middle Ages, God's people put their trust in the "true cross" which had been discovered by Constantine's mother, Helena. They thought the cross was so special and brought so many blessings, the church ended up selling slivers of that cross to faithful and gullible believers. It was faith in slivers of the cross, and many other sacred relics that caused some degree of spiritual discomfort to a monk by the name of Martin Luther.
By God's grace he came to believe it is faith in Jesus, the sinless Son of God and Redeemer of sinful souls, which brings forgiveness and salvation. Only Jesus can rescue. Not His cross, not His robe, not His tears can save us. Nor can all the relics of all the saints and sacred spots of Scripture, make a difference when it comes to getting us forgiveness. Our salvation, which comes to us freely by the grace of God, is that which saves. It is a free salvation for those who believe. Christ's redemption is the best bargain there will ever be.
THE PRAYER: Dear Lord Jesus, I give thanks for my salvation, which You have procured. There are many wonderful things in this world, but let none of them ever become more precious to me than the gift of eternal life which Your grace gives. In Your Name.

Hees..think about it. And reevaluate your lives. Believers or not yet believers alike.
A God who wants to reach out to you. A God that is a real being .... not something like a miraculous or magical material. A God that demands that He is the only one to be worshipped and to be placed first in our lives. A God that loves us so much that He walked earth 2008 years ago(Yes, even the calendars testify to Him), declared to be God and then died for our sins. A God that did not stop at dying for our sins but showed that He is the one true God by rising again from the dead 3 days later defeating death and the gates of Hell and is being witness by more than 500 people. A God that had made the creation(World and everything in it) an undebateable fact that He is powerful and very real so that man are without excuse to say there is no God. A God who used the bible as another evidence to show His wisdom and foresight that man are again without excuse saying in saying that they had no chance to find out who He is.

Church Retreat
Phew....This is a really interesting Church retreat...as well as a tiring one.
Not the bad tiring but the fun tiring. HAaha.
We went swimming everyday and wow...muscles ache everywhere now.
The slide is fun. So fun that...we can play it for hours ....lol...hahhaa....
Ohoh...anyway, the fun is one thing I may talk about later but what actually caught my attention are the development of characters. hmmm...really interesting. Well there are good developments and baad developments. To think of it, I believe I should not jot it down. I need to further observe .
Still....I think Josiah will have alot of issues of the youth coming up soon. Think only think only. Hmmm....Hmmmm.....
Haha...My birthday celebration was really nice. An surprise at the resturant and wow....two birthday party happening at the same time at two extremely far location. what more can I ask ?

I learnt alot of things. ALOT ALOT ALTO OF THINGS!! I'm still so far from being a nice person.
Still still....I seek solace now....I need a good quiet time. Well.. and and...It'll bee great to hang out more often with people. Hees.
I miss everyone already....
Ohoh...Pillow fight is super fun. Haha...Stacy, Stacia, Carine, Felicia, Angela, Aaron, Zenith and me!
Only Zenith and me are a team. Awww..Bully but no worries, Zenith is the son of the Chairman and I'm the strongest! Wahahahhaa! LoL. My personal favourite picks ....erm...as in targets are stacia and aaron. More on stacia because it's so funny!!

Haha...the fun thing is this. Carine will always try to protect stacia ,,,and and, I'll make her fail...jhahaha then stacia just scream and scream and scream...the felicia will start charging...lol...hahhaa
Then angela and aaron will stick together. Haha...sibling teamwork. The brother is gallant. hahaha Fun fun fun.
Oh the opposition team has felicia...wahhh....tough match...but I AM STILL CHAMPION ON 1V1! YEAHHH!

Then they made zenith andd me complete...out of cheek I decided to sugeest that we complete in hitting stacia. LOL IMAGINE THE PANDEMODIUM! HAHAHA!
The small hamster screama nd ran...with Zenith chasing her. I just laugh and laugh and block the panicking Carine. LOL HAHHAHAHAHAA..I'm so Evil...erm..on my birthday! Haha..That was the highlight of my birthday. Pillow fighting.

GLADYS D GLAD
Yeap! Today! Is the birthday of Gladys D GLAD!
Proudly named by me! Hahahaha
I almost forgotten it's her birthday well...but it doesn't matter. Haha My birthday more important. 14 JUNE
REMEMBER! 14 JUNE!
Anyway, we had a really memorable day.
Well...started before Youth Fellowship, I planned a lunch outing with Fengnan and by the end of our Youth Fellowship, the gathering for lunch increase to include Matthew, Ivan, ZhenWei, Jermyn, Jackie, Christopher, Elena and Gladys A Glad.
It was a great lunch ! Should have it more often. Too bad ...Eunice and co cannot join us. GOing shopping .HAha...weird...it's like how can you chose shopping over food? It's just plain weird.
Anyway, Evie got a shock of her life when she heard all the frogs she gave me are dead. I guess...not feeding them for 5 days is a bad idea. Ooops...Careless me.
Ok! Back to topic, we disperse quickly after lunch with exception of Gladys B Glad, Fengnan, Ivan and Gladys Bro Fabian. We were waiting for him to finish eating.
After that, we decided to join in an outing at Singapore Plaza with Stacy, Stacia, Carine, Carrie , Matthew and Christopher. Unfortunately, Ivan and Fengnan cannot make it and Gladys bro require to go to his grandma's home. So Glady C Glad and me would send Fabian home then proceed to Plaza Singapore ourself.
THIS IS WHERE THE FUN BEGAN!
We are suppose to alight at SMU...but we didn't know. We were busy chatting and the funny thing is this, I was telling Gladys D Glad about Dons Joshua studying in it. HAha...In the end, we ended up in Hougang..somewhere 40 mins from where we should alight.
We cannot stop laughin lol...Longest ride Gladys F Glad ever taken. So..we took a bus back ..this time knowing that we are suppose to alight at SMU(Courtesy of her mom). But we spent time looking at her presents. AND THE PRESENT OF THE DAY! ELENA'S SLIPPERS! She needed it because of her shoes...girls.....always wear stuff to torment themselves...haha...sadistic.
Anyway, her present is with me now..as she place them in my bag and I forgot to return her. Hahaha.IT"S MINE! lol.
We reached SMU in no time...and before I decide to navigate to Plaza Singapura from SMU, something caught our attention. This Uncle beside a Rickshaw or Trishaw...or whatever you call it. I decided that maybe we can just take a ride there. And...since it's her birthday, it will be a good experience. IT"S$17 HaHaa!But But, we lower the price to $5..pro huh?
It's kind of squeezy but it's super fun! and SUPER COOL TOO! Exciting in many ways! Hahaha...I believe we had a fun time and also, to our relief, we did not walk, as it is very very very far. In the end, we decided to tip the uncle with $1 more. Haha..It was so much fun.
Uncle pick up a battled 50cent coin and pass it to us...ohoh! He kept advertising while carryinig us about. So funny as he has this beeper that goes beep beep . Hahaah...He pick up an Ezlink card too...it's rather battled too, but it's pretty interesting.

Fun fun. I wanna sit in a rickshaw again. Cooled.
We ate pasta mania after we meet up with the rest in the Arcade....(found out I scored the highest in the is swing the hammer thing. HaHA I knew I'm strong. HAHAHA Cos..Matthew injured. LOL)
Anyway, Pasta Mania taste good and we had a great time shooting ice at Christopher...I developed a few new methods to shoot people..wahahaha..Christopher is a guniea pig. PIG!
Then then ..the day ends...tml..more work and ,....more fun...I hope fun...but SYFC = Work.
