After my Ex-Captain held me back for some administrative stuff. ( I was intending to walk a friend to the market. To ask him how is he doing. [I'm not gay just caring=p])

The chance snap in front of me. So did I . I snap. All my burdens heaved at me and.....I snap. hahaz.

I burst... into the Bolm hall. With a really irritated face. Something that I picked up from Geraldine and my brother. Well...the Irony IS THIS !!!!!!

I took great effort to reduce distraction to the miming team today. ( Erm...I wanna be a good example [Blush]) but at that moment of foolishness , I SPOIL IT ALL !!!! ( I explode into the bolm hall projecting negative feelings) . Waaaaaa .

Aunty Seok Hoon being a focused person , immediately eliminate the cause of distraction. " Yu Ki , we do not want any more disruption. Anyway the Bible Study is starting soon. Can you take your things to the Self-control room? "

That's is when I realised my stupidity . Tell ya something. I almost died of laughter typing this down. Believe me when I say, having a rlationship with God is never dull. He has the best sense of Humor. He is also the most creative being...afterall, he created creativity. Tell ya why.

Perfect punchline huh? I was stunned for a spilt second before I regain posture and reacted calmly with difficulty holding back intense remorse for messing up . ( At that time I did not get the joke. It was now)

Wwaaaa..What a day. Now I shall apologise for my out Burst !! SORRY!!! Well...I'm gonna do it personally too ! That will bring down my pride . After all one must humble oneself in order to make a sincere apology. Hees!!! For GOD I'll devote my Life!!!!

Ok....My Ex- Captian told me this: Ok..I will take all this and those who never hand up will not get their badge. They will not get their Senior proficiency badge and their founders. Then they will come after you.

In my mind .... I cleared a few points.

I already know that what I do will cost the boys their badge. I did really mean to be cruel this time. I find ....BB a failure in areas like this. We are too passive.No you are too passive and you over compromised. Fun is fun. But Fun only amounts to nothing.
They'll come after me? Erm....This I must really clarify.... In the stage they are in? Not only will they be unable to do a thing, they are not my match if they bother to try anything.
One thing that disgust me. Founder's badge. It's too easy to get it. I don't think I should get it ..neither do most of those who got it on that day. WE ARE A DISGRACE TO SIR WILLIAM ALEXANDRA SMITH !
I must admit that I don't much care about the boys. You ...see...the 4 years...you've been looking not at Yu Ki but Parasite. What do I mean? I mean....At that time, you all are only a means for me to acheive something great and now you all have out lived your purpose...

So ...don't think that I'm some ... person who will be stung by the fact that the boys won't get their founders. The Question is , DO THEY DESERVE it?

There is too little pain and regret in BB . There is too much compromise and too little discipline. You wonder why thinks are turning out the way they are? Well ...let me Quote the BB Objectives :

The Advancement of Christ Kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of reverence, obedience, discipline , self- respect and all that tends towards a true Christain manliness.

And in no place I can find this. Fun Place. YEs Fun is needed but Our Objective is not just fun place.

I often wonder. . . are we advancing Christ Kingdom ? Among our Boys?

THis will give the CSM something to do and may save the boys. If they hand up , Captian sure accepts. Well...one thing I learned.....Forgive me for Stereotyping but this is what I notice. It is difficult for Business people to be honest.

Happy Feet !!

Watch Happy Feet today..and boy...it is better than all the previous cartoon like movies I've seen. Hahaz.. at least this had meanings and better songs....but still...blues ain't totally my type . Hahaz. Collapsed.

Many things can be learned through the movie.

For today's Quiet Time I shall review the movie. HEes!

One point that catches my attention is the main character. He was born with a talent and a curse. He can tap dance really well but unable to sing. He screech instead of sing. The penuins around him can sing ! and they also learn how to dance from him. He teaches them willingly. Without thinking twice. Even after they treated him so bad.He gave out his uniqueness and made himself lesser without thinking twice !

Sometimes there are times whereby you have a talent which can benefit everyone. Only you have the skill. The people around you are doing so much better than you. Would you give up your "trump" card? The only thing that makes you special so that the people around you can benefit ?

The world teaches us to hoard skills and make yourself better than everyone else.I would not be surprise if you find it hard to teach someone skills that he/she may have an edge over you. Some people may even arue that it is logical this way. Ya. It is logical in this fish eat fish world . The way Satan intends it. We will be so busy strengthing ourselves. This acheive a few goals.

1) People will be too busy learning new skills to care about God. Not to say that learning new skills are bad but puting it before God is a nono.

2) People will mistrust each other. There will be major conflicts among people of power. Each wary of each other's strength.

3) People becomes arrogant because of what they know. They then put God as an unimportant notion. After all if you don't see the need for God you would not seek him. (God had to personally visit Paul to change him.)

4) People will be intentionally putting people down to climb higher on the ladder of "success" .

5) It has a vicious circle effect. All it take for one person to do it, and the rest will feel compelled to follow in case of losing out.Then we end up like today. No one can put down the gun. Nations against nations like in matthew 24. It's like logic again right? If one nation throws away all defenses and declare brotherly love, would he not be in danger of being attack and taken over?

We'll...that proves that we are born in sin right? Satan's tactic is so deeply rooted in us . Ya people will reject this claim saying that this is not possible and stuff like that but think....will this centuries old enemy be coming up with things that we human can easily sidestep without God?
Is our at most 100 years wisdom comparable to his centuries old wisdom? Mine you. He was once God's Leading Angel.

Now back to the movie . Sometimes we are given the duty to bless others but in doing so , we lose out. In some way, the main character in the movie lose out. After all he can only tap dance but the penguins around him can sing and tap dance. This is call sacrifice. It may not be in terms of skill. It can be simple as this .A brother or sister is hungry and had no money to eat. You have only enough for yourself but you give your lunch money so that your brother and sister can have a meal.

Many of us , will think twice when donating. Common justification is that whether the person really needs it or not. We will just think he is fake and walk off but here's a quote I like to share.
It is from Jim Eillot. A man of God. This is his Quote when asked if he is not worried that people are taking advangtage of his generosity ; " I rather err by losing it to someone who don't need it than to err by witholding from someone who needs it ." Beautiful huh?

Now you see how Satan's idea of the perfect materialistic world is becoming more happening in our lives. I even see...brothers and sisters in Christ withholding love from each other..labeling each other as unhelpable. Tell me how to not feel like crying? God's heart is hurting. We are like the unmerciful servant in the parable of the unforgiving debtor Jesus tells us in the Matthew 18:21-35.

Another characteristic of the main character is his unwavering determination save his fellow penguins by finding the source that is taking all their fishes and mind you. He did not have a move journey. He is neglected , condemned ,made fun of and suffered all kinds outcast. Even his father discourage him. He loses his friend because he sticks firm to the truth . A truth that he holds by faith. A truths that he knows by looking at wat is happening around him. Now...DOn't that sounds familiar?

A truth that is held by faith.....ain't that out Christian faith? The faith that we hold onto dearly. A truth we know by looking all around us. A truth that cause us to be persecuted. 2 timonthy 3:12. So I wonder will we brave everything like the main character and hold onto the truth until it eventually bear fruit or will we blend into the crowd and give up the truth in search of temporary enjoyment?

There's so much to talk about the movie but I need to sleep le.

I really need to put God first in my life. This short life is given to me with a purpose. Will i live up to it or waste it? Night is coming and no one can work. We have a limited time to work. If we don't give our life to God now and bring other people to God, when will we do it? There are people dying every Seconds. People not knowing God. If their lives mean something, shouldn't we Christians be more fervent in spreading the Gospel? After all we have very little time .Will we stop at a few rejections or at the lure of a easy life with the world? Do we often forget that our real life is with God in heaven? Now is the time to Work!!!

Carrot, Egg, or Coffee...

(You will never look at a cup of coffee the same way again...)

A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and howthings were so hard for her. She did not know how she was going to make it and wanted to give up. She was tired of fighting and struggling. It seemed as one problem was solved, a new one arose.

Her mother took her to the kitchen. She filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Soon the pots came to boil. In the first she placed carrots, in the second she placed eggs, and in the last she placed ground coffee beans. She let them sit and boil,without saying a word.

In about twenty minutes she turned off the burners. She fished the carrots out and placed them in a bowl. She pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl. Then she ladled the coffee out and placed it in a bowl. Turning to her daughter, she asked, "Tell me what you see.""Carrots, eggs, and coffee," she replied.

Her mother brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots. She did and noted that they were soft. The mother then asked the daughter to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg. Finally, the mother asked the daughter to sip the coffee. The daughter smiled as she tasted its rich aroma.

The daughter then asked, "What does it mean, mother?"Her mother explained that each of these objects had faced the same adversity - boiling water. Each reacted differently.The carrot went in strong, hard, and unrelenting. However, after being subjected to the boiling water, it softened and became weak.The egg had been fragile. Its thin outer shell had protected its liquid interior, but after sitting through the boiling water, its inside became hardened.The ground coffee beans were unique, however. After they were in the boiling water, they had changed the water.

"Which are you?" she asked her daughter. "When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?"Think of this: Which am I? Am I the carrot that seems strong, but with pain and adversity do I wilt and become soft and lose my strength?Am I the egg that starts with a malleable heart, but changes with theheat? Did I have a fluid spirit, but after a death, a breakup, a financial hardship or some other trial, have I become hardened and stiff? Does my shell look the same, but on the inside am I bitter and tough with a stiff spirit and hardened heart?Or am I like the coffee bean? The bean actually changes the hot water, the very circumstance that brings the pain. When the water gets hot, It releases the fragrance and flavor.

If you are like the bean, when things are at their worst, you get better and change the situation around you.When the hour is the darkest and trials are their greatest, do you elevate yourself to another level? How do you handle adversity? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human and enough hope to make you happy.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; They just make the most of everything that comes along their way. The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past; you can't go forward in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.

You might want to send this message to those people who mean something to you (I JUST DID); to those who have touched your life in one way or another; to those who make you smile when you really need it; to those who make you see the brighter side of things when you are really down; to those whose friendships you appreciate; to those who are so meaningful in your life.If you don't send it, you will just miss out on the opportunity to brighten someone's day with this message! Miming was Super Fun but to be honest I was disappointed. I thought there will be like theory. What to do or what not to do or why things are done the way it it. So that I can assimilate it and apply it to my life ; boostering my life skills. To become a more effective tool for God.

Oh ya...I did have loads of fun though!! The younger ones are a bunch of fantastic people. I like people like that! They are fun ! They do silly thing and enjoys laughing and making people laugh. I prefer them to people who acts mature and look as if you can stuff a coal into them and get a diamond in return. In short , I don't like people who looks down on people having fun by being a bit of kiddish. I think they are arrogrant.

In Fact ! I came up with a Theory!! Hees!

Chidish - Some one who acts mature.
Reason is simple and easy to understand.
you see...one who has fruitful lived and learn a long age, will behave like one who treasures youth and child like chracter. They don't mind making a fool of themselves among children as they know life is more that creating a "cool" image.This Kind of Old people are fun to be with for they are energetic and fun to be with.

A teen will always dreams to be an adult to have all things his way. To be powerful , to look "cool" , to gain respect!They have little knowledge . They are arrogant, impatient . So on . And The term Childish is labeled mostly on teens. Hees

Hmmm!! I'm gonna put this as a important value ! Guard our Fragile Sister's Heart! I'm on a path to be a Gentleman. So that My wife is going to be the luckiest lady on earth . Hees! I'm gonna be a better parent than everybody and succeed where my family has failed ! I'll be an example!! To Shine God's Glory ! To rededicate Christians to start looking at the basic ! Which is home. I realise alot of Christians failed this. Train up your child to be what he will be in the future. Some thing like that .Cannot remember but it is in the bible!I'll do so with God by my side!

Also...I'm considering whether being Single is good? To dedicate my life to God. I don't want things to pull me away from God. So if I were to have a wife, I want her to be one that will really be what God meant a woman to be. A helper. Who would be by my side all the way through serving God. She must Love God ! To the extent that she loves God more than me. That through thick and thin we will spur each other on to Glorify God!! YEAH!! To GLorify GOD And to Bring SalvaTIon TO the Ends of the EArTH!!

Be as one Flesh. Just like how Jim Bower and Roni Bower is. So nice. Both were Couples match make by God. Well...it's the same for us. It's just that we did not choose what God chose for us. We chose what seems best to our limited wisdom and ended up....well ended up like...ya.

I'm determined to Give my Life to God. I don't want to be here to suffer for nothing. If I were to suffer, God's name better be glorified and His Kingdom Expand!

Haiz.....Wow...I just blurted out my aspirations. Hahaz. Well ...hahaz. =] The future is unclear but I know who holds my future and who holds my hand.

A fragment of my Life

Hmm... It's been a long time since I share about what happen.

Ahh...I just pick this up. "Hees!" I kind of like it. Why? It show a glint of mischief and a banner of " I'm there to support you" Yeah!

Who did I learn it from? Luffy De Monkey!! Future Pirate King! hahaz!

I've been watching one piece lately. I like Luffy's character. A true free and innocent spirit. Pure love for his Namaka ( Team mates ) . Why do I love cartoons? Well....because alot is thought about before producing a cartoon. You don't go showing anything to kids right? Not to say adult show are not nice but morals and characters protrayed in Cartoons are more Positive! Adult show are ...in my opinion too realistic.

I prefer to be naive . Why? Read the Bible! hees!
I'm moulding the part in me call accept everybody!
Which means...not turning a blind eye to backstabbers but to totally cover your eyes and still show love while they stab you. Ouch...but hey! My life ain't belonging to this earth! My life is in heaven a eternity for REAL GOOD LIFE. This means that my life on this earth is important. It is a responsibility given by God. What I do with my life on earth is important.

I can choose to :
1) Futher Ambition
2) Earn Big Money
3) Do good deeds
4) Balance
5) Give it wholely to God

One look you will guess that I would choose option 5 . Right? Your reason. Yu Ki's a Christian. All Christians revolve around God. Side Track abit...." I wish the former statement was true...."
Back! hahaz.

Well.. There is more to it. Saying all Christians revolve around God is too vague. Reason to give your life wholely to God? What does it meant? It was written that that the greatest love you can show is by laying down your life for someone else.It's somewhere in the Gospel i guess but I cannot find it. That's what happens when you do not spent time with God and his words.

Argh!!

Anyway....I hold in faith that this life should be used to do something more important than gratifying myself. Hey! I'v got a whole eternity after this to enjoy! If I don't suffer for a good cause now, when will I have that chance again? Right? hahaz. So why not option 3? Do good deeds? Now now. We know that as humans we are limited by our wisdom and strength. Also this world is cursed . No matter how hard we try , we will not be able to maximise our effectiveness. Therefore we should give our life to the master planner whose wisdom and strength surpass us. You see... if there is someone smarter, wiser , powerful and has a fail safe plan already out, would not it be wise to follow? It will be wiser than trying to do it your own way.

Then you may think if GOD is really out there, why is there so much suffering on earth.
Well..the reason is simple. Try to name or find every single soul who has given his or her life fully to God in this current age. Now compare that amount to the number of people on earth. Can you see the picture?

I must make that difference. I must add a number to the group of people who have given their life to God. If better more. I believe life is more than just to fulfil your desires then die. That is Satan's lie. We need to see the big picture. Life's gotta have more meaning than just struggling to acheive self gains then die. I hold in faith that Life is about carrying out the mission God gave you. The Great Commission. A mission to save life. A spiritual war to gather souls deceived by Satan.We Christians have a mission. To be a light upon this darken world. We have a foe who would stop at nothing to stop us and we have a God who who go before us in battle. All we need to do is to each pick up our own cross and follow Him.

People ...including some Christians find Christian life boring. Well...here's the reason I wanted to blurt out but did not. It is boring because you are not living it. You are just carrying it's name around aimlessly. If you were to be faithful upon your stewardship(duties) to God, you will be joyful and ready to rest with God when the end comes because I hold in faith that God has a plan for each of us. A plan that is not too easy or difficult.So that is the end you can like Paul says that: "you've ran the good race and fought the good fight."

Godly Barber Parable.

ARE YOU SURE THAT GOD DOEsN"T EXIST

A man went to a barbershop to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed.

As the barber began to work, they began to have a good conversation.

They talked about many things and various subjects.

When they eventually touched on the subject of God, the barber said ' I don't believe that God exists.'

' Why do you say that?' asked the customer.

' Well, you just have to go out in the streets to realise that God doesn't exist.

Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick people?

Would there be abandoned children?

If God existed, there would be neither suffering nor pain.

I can't imagine a loving God who would allow all of these things.

' The customer thought for a moment but didn't respond because he didn't want to start an arguement.

The barber finished his job and the customer left the shop.

Just after he left the shop, he saw a man in the street with long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard.

He looked dirty and unkempt.

The customer turned back and entered the shop again and he said to the barber, ' You know wad?

Barbers don't exist. '

' How can you say that? ' asked the surprised barber. ' I'm here, and I'm a barber, and I just worked on you.'

' No! ' the customer exclaimed. ' Barbers don't exist because if they did, there would be no people with dirty long hair and untrimmed beards, like that man outside.'

'Ah, but barbers DO exist!' answered the barber. ' What happens is, people don't come to me.'

' Exactly!' affirmed the customer. ' That's the point! God, too, DOES exist! What happens is people don't go to Him and don't look for Him.
